 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We have had two rugs cleaned here (Dog urine) and they have done an excellent job both times.  It's about a one week process so you drop the rug off then the call when it's ready to pick up. They have always helped get the rugs out of the vehicle and back into the vehicle later.  They have always been pleasant, easy to deal with, and very flexible about pickups, etc. Definitely they can save a rug that might be destined for the dump.
